In today's world, everything feels more chaotic and uncertain than ever. Many of us are struggling to find a healthy balance between our personal lives and our careers. It seems like our to-do lists and responsibilities keep growing, we are bombarded with information and sometimes we lose sight of where we are actually going.
To cope, we often turn to distractions, anything to give us a break from the stress. We fall into bad habits and over time, many of us experience anxiety, stress, physical complaints, unhappiness or burn out.
Even though we know deep inside that it’s time to change, we often don’t take the steps we should. We keep chasing milestones that promise a relief from the stress and dream of happy times with people we love, doing the things we care about. Just to be reminded that there is this one other important thing to do before we get there…
I have experienced a gradual decline in my health and well-being throughout my life and career up to a pivotal moment that forced me to hit reset. Since then, it has become my mission to support people in living more healthy and fulfilled lives.

My coaching programs include six sessions, approx. 45 to 60 minutes each. To get the best out of it, it's crucial that you put in some extra effort outside of those sessions. The price per session, including preparation & follow-up is 60 EUR.
